Let’s learn Japanese kanji 刃!

今回の漢字は『刃』です。

刃 - やいば a blade, a sword; an edge of the sword

刃に倒れる - やいばにたおれる to die by sword

鋭いは - するどいは a sharp edge, sharp blade

鈍い刃 - にぶいは a dull edge

刃傷する - にんじょうする to knife somebody, to attack with a knife

刃毀れ - はこぼれ a nick/ chip on the blade

情けに刃向かう刃なし - なさけにはむかうやいばなし  You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
