ex. 急いでるんだ。じゃましないでくれ。 - いそいでるんだ。じゃましないでくれ。 It’s an emergency, please get out of my way.
通行のじゃまになる - つうこうのじゃまになる to stand in the way of something
ex. 邪悪して悪いけどちょっとこれを見てくれないか - じゃましてわるいけどちょっとこれをみてくれないか sorry to be a bother but would you mind having a quick look?
